In the evening after afternoon session participants will join gardening or chore for one or two days. It’s another good activity that offer a good time being with the nature. It’s also an exercise but mindful and meaningful one. It’s a moment everyone will be an owner not user of the place. A little planting, cleaning or changing can make the place evolve with the time. After retreat people can feel and remember wonderful time contributing to place with their energy, their hand and their mind. Feeling as a warm family or community was also created within the group with this activity. Many people loved so much to touch the ground, to be dirty with the soil and be able to grow plant with their own hand. Many said they will come back again one day to see “their plants”.
