This 3 days retreat doesn’t apply full silence model. Each session is guided by teaching monk which participants can ask and discuss. However, the program encourage all participants to reduce communication and spend more quiet time with oneself. Topic of talking should not concern any activities outside. Talking should be any element which support meditation practice such as dhamma, meditation technic, spiritual person, good example, etc.
Mindfulness for this retreat is to keep observe continuously center of the body. After knowing about concept and technic of Middle Way Meditation, participants will be encouraged to be mindful 24 h to observe one’s own center. More we maintain and focus our mind at the center, more we develop our inner experience. Mindfulness at the center together with relaxation can develop stillness of our mind.
