During 3 days retreat participant will learn how to meditate in a peaceful environment with a teaching monk. Meditation technique is The Middle Way. This technique emphasizes for comfort. With comfortable environment and atmosphere people mind can be really calm and peaceful.
General session will be with teaching and meditation practice. Coaching can be also during the session or as personal request to guide how to tune mind effectively. Participants can ask questions concerning meditation, daily life application and Buddhism with the teaching monks.
It’s a balance between spiritual self discipline to practice oneself, wake up early, take two meals a day and comfort of accommodation, nature, food and meditation technique.
In these three day, it’s an opportunity to know oneself more and understand more people around us. Many people said their 3 days with this program can change their life. Some said it’s their best time for their travel in Asia or South East Asia. Some even said they would remember their experience for whole life.
The following schedule describes the retreat in normal travel situations. However, due to the very low volume of travellers in Thailand at the moment, we are running a more relaxed and customizable schedule and personal retreats based upon request.
