During these 3 days participant will learn how to meditate in a peaceful environment with a teaching monk. Meditation technique is The Middle Way. This technique emphasis for comfort. With comfortable environment and atmosphere people mind can be really calm and peaceful.
It’s a balance between spiritual self discipline to practice oneself, wake up early, take two meals a day and comfort of accommodation, nature, food and meditation technique.
In these three day, it’s an opportunity to know oneself more and understand more people around us. Many people said their 3 days with this program can change their life. Some said it’s their best time for their travel in Asia or South East Asia.

This program is based on donation principle. Donation is appreciated to maintain program for coming people in the future. Also it will be budget to develop the place to support more interested people in the future.
Meditation need each individual to focus to each one inner calmness. Then, gentlemen and ladies are requested to be separated. Area of both sides is not far from each other.
Breakfast and lunch will be served every day. In the evening, balanced ‘Panna’ light refreshments such as milk, hot chocolate, tea and juice will be provided to help complement and enhance your meditation experience. In case you have specification on meals, i.e. allergy or vegetarian, please specify when you register the program. For anyone who have any health condition to not be able to refrain from dinner, it’s possible to ask for light meal as fruit or bread.
White cloth will be prepared for all participants.
