At PaPae Meditation Retreat, we offer two types of retreat programs. Our most popular and comprehensive option is the 3-Day Structured Retreat. Alternatively, our Flexible Retreat offers a freeform style ideal for self-guided meditation.
During your stay, you will learn the Middle-Way Technique, an accessible meditation practice suitable for all experience levels.
Flexible Retreat opens to join everyday but if you arrive on the same days as our 3 days Structured Retreat, (you can check the date on our website) there will be more participants on those days (if you enjoy more privacy please make sure not to arrive on the same days)
More over on the structured days, the flexible retreat schedules won’t be present, you will have to join the schedules of structured retreat instead (which is not mandatory, you can decide your own day, to attend any session)
