RETREAT GUIDELINES AND MORE INFORMATIONS  FOR  PARTICIPANTS

Frequently Asked Questions

• Will I get a confirmation email from the retreat?
  -  No confirmation email will be sent. Once your registration form is submitted, your booking is confirmed, and you are welcome to arrive on your scheduled date.

• Can I arrive a day or two earlier than my registered date?
  -  Yes. Please send us an email in advance to let us know your new arrival date.

• Can I extend my stay beyond my registered dates?
  -  Yes. You can extend your stay at the reception desk between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on your original check-out date.

• Can I request a private room?
  -  Private rooms cannot be reserved in advance unless required for medical reasons or age-related accommodations. Most accommodations feature two twin beds (double occupancy). The few remaining private rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.

• What payment methods do you accept for donations/stays?
  -  We accept Cash, Direct Bank Transfer, Wise, Revolut, Thai Bank QR Scan, and TrueMoney.  We do not accept Credit Cards, PayPal, or Alipay.

• Can I leave the retreat early?
  -  Yes, you may check out at any time.

Key Deposit: To receive your key deposit back, you must check out after 8:30 AM. If you leave before 8:30 AM, please drop your key into the Check-Out Key Box and scan the Check-Out QR Code.

Transportation: You can walk to the bus stop or request a ride in the Van Tickets WhatsApp group before 1:00 PM (100 THB ticket fee, subject to driver availability).

• Can I get a refund if I leave early?
  -  Yes, refunds are available if you decide to leave prior to your scheduled departure date.

• Can I arrive at the retreat late?

• Yes you can arrive late to the retreat, you will be charge 100 bath late check in fee per person with 100 baht transport ticket fee if you need our shuttle to pick you up

• although we firmly recommend everyone to arrive before 17.00 so you can be able to join our round tour of the retreat, so you know the way to all meditation halls and accomodations
